– EduEnglishKIDS has its right to make changes on the packages, services and
prices which is indicated on the website anytime.
– By agreeing and accepting the terms and conditions of our website, the users
declares that they give correct information about themselves during the
membership process to the website.EduEnglishKIDS may terminate the
membership in case of misinformation or violation of the contact.
– In our online English education, the only purpose is to practice English and
improve English learning skills, vocabulary. The service shouldn’t be used
for any other purposes.
– EduEnglishKIDS is an English learning platform. In order to use the
platform , you need good internet connection and services. These should be
provided by the users.We are not responsible for any deficiency,failure,error ,
poor internet connection and delays sourced from it.
– The students aren’t allowed to use the website,our social media accounts or
the video lessons and downloadable worksheets,materials for commercial

purposes. You can’t advertise any goods ,products or services on the website,
social media accounts or during the sessions .
– The students or the users accepts and agrees that EduEnglishKIDS is the
only authority to reject , refuse or remove any part of its content and has he
right to terminate or cancel to access its services anytime for any reason
without a notice.
– The website and the platform may contain contents, links or resources to the
third-party websites that are not controlled by us. We are not responsible for
the accuracy , availability of such websites, contents and services. When you
access a third-party website or content from our website , you know and
understand that EduEnglishKIDS Privacy Policy can not be applied to the
use of such links, sites…
– None of the users download the videos,printables from our
website( www.eduenglishkids.co.uk ) and share them any social media
accounts such as YouTube, Facebook, instagram, X …
– You know and agree that you will pay the fee of the Subscriptions, the video
lessons and downloadable materials. It is charged from the user’s credit
card . It isn’t renewed automatically.The purchased time and subscription
packages on the website are non-refundable. The payment occurs through a
third – party secure systems ( e.g., stripe or MeritunPay…) .
EduEnglishKIDS doesn’t have any access to your card information.

– In order to use our services, you must sign up and create your account from
our website with your e-mail address and password .After you decide and
pay for the subscription , you can reach all the English video lessons, the
downloadable materials through your user page or you will receive an email
that informs you about your lesson time and the attendance links to the
lessons.

If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the
security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that
occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it. We
may monitor and review new accounts before you may sign in and start using
the Services. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the
termination of your account. You must immediately notify us of any
unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. We will not
be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind
